Job Title: Team Leader (Onsite Project Management)
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced team leaders to join our onsite data annotation project. Each team leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of around 20 annotators, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining attendance, and achieving daily performance targets. Team leaders will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and may assist in client-facing communications when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily performance of around 20 annotators.
- Monitor attendance and ensure team members maintain healthy work habits.
- Ensure team members meet daily quality and output targets.
- Provide training, support, and feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Work closely with the PM to communicate and address any project-related issues.
- Assist with client-facing communications when required.
- Collaborate with the PM to ensure smooth project operations and address risks.
Qualifications:
- Native in English.
- Experience in managing or supervising teams, preferably in the data annotation or related industries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and improve team performance.
- Experience in training and development is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work closely with different teams.
