Job Summary:
The duties include installing and configuring software on Microsoft Windows servers and providing training and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and PowerShell skills and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Requirements
- Install and configure software products, provide training and guidance to other team members, and assist them with installation challenges
- Worth with clients to configure, train, and enhance the software they have purchased
- Create and maintain MS SQL Server Integration Services packages and MS SQL scripts that will enhance solutions
- Utilize SQL, PowerShell, and other tools to analyze data, automate tasks, and improve support processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SQL databases and PowerShell scripts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support and address technical challenges
