About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and inspire external staff members, ensuring top-tier performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, monitoring, and supporting a remote team, driving success for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Oversight: Monitor daily operations and ensure staff meet performance expectations.
- Coaching & Development: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support professional growth and enhance team skills.
- Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Performance Management: Lead performance evaluations, implement improvement plans, and align staff output with client goals.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, mediate conflicts, and ensure effective resolutions.
- Feedback & Reporting: Serve as a liaison between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a team leadership, HR, or management role, preferably in a remote or staffing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in performance coaching, employee engagement, and staff monitoring.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools, productivity software, and time-tracking platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
