Role Description

This is a full-time Team Lead role at Manulife Philippines located in Makati. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility with some remote work. You will be expected to provide guidance, support, and motivation to your team, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to the achievement of team goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a sales job and not the typical BPO set up.
