Job Description

At SellerX we are growing our Listing Management team and now we are looking for a Team Lead, Listing Management to join our team. Your Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Leadership / Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 8 listing associates.
    • Oversee operational team management responsibilities.
    • Foster team development through goal setting, tracking, and personal growth initiatives.
    • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Helpdesk Management / Task Delegation
    • Own and manage the PDM helpdesk, overseeing all operational tasks.
    • Develop and manage KPIs for productivity, task completion, and individual performance.
    • Create and implement prioritization logic to effectively distribute and monitor workload.
  • Process Development and Documentation
    • Review and refine all team SOPs, ensuring processes are documented and updated regularly.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and define improved workflows.
    • Provide ongoing training to the team on new processes and optimized workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders beyond the PDM team.
    • Address and troubleshoot operational issues with various stakeholders (e.g., Brand Management, Account Operations, Operations, Content).
    • Manage communication with external stakeholders regarding listing-related topics (e.g., troubleshooting with Amazon).
  • Team Assistance
    • Support team members with personal issues and conflict resolution.
    • Facilitate problem-solving for conflicts involving other colleagues or external stakeholders.
Your Background:

To join our team, you bring along:

  • In-depth knowledge of listing processes across various marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of processes and the ability to optimize them.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Windows and Office applications.
  • Ability to manage large data sets with precision and care.
  • Proven people management skills, with experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and make critical decisions.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with software for managing data (e.g., PIM, Channel Engine, listing tools).
  • Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and time management abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
