Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 15 or more to achieve excellent customer service results.
- Develop and put in place strategies to enhance the EMEA market's customer experience.
- Manage rotating shifts to ensure smooth operations at all times.
Needed Qualifications:
- Two years of college without any remaining subjects.
- Three years or more experience in a business process outsourcing setup. One year of experience in handling e-commerce.
- Knowledgeable in handling the EMEA market and with experience in managing a team of at least 15 or more employees.
