Our Global CARE is a Business Unit within Vista that acts as first responders dedicated to caring for our customer's needs and concerns. The team has been critical in delivering world-class service committed and focused on providing a flawless experience for our customers. We act as design and marketing consultants, general advisers, and problem-solvers when things go wrong by creating lasting impressions and building authentic relationships. We contribute to the success of a wide range of small business owners. Our team is composed of individuals who consistently exhibit exceptional work behaviors, embrace diversity, and collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional results.

What You Will Do:


As the Team Leader, CARE Operations, you will have a vital role in connecting our strategic business objectives with daily operations. By implementing the standards of the Quality Framework and using mentoring, coaching, and management techniques, you will help team members see the connection between their work and the company strategy. Your leadership will contribute to our vision of becoming the go-to expert in design and marketing for small businesses. Building strong relationships with employees and customers will be essential to excel in this position.

Role and responsibilities

As the Team Leader, CARE Operations, you will have the following responsibilities:

Encourage all team members to contribute to our customers satisfaction and embrace our ambitious customer service philosophy.
Foster transparency, alignment, and engagement with Vista's strategy, mission, and goals
Encourage a culture of innovation and open communication, where team members feel safe to take interpersonal risks
Provide timely feedback to help team members grow, develop, and improve
Support employees development through mentoring, coaching, and regular team-based exchange sessions
Establish a working environment that emphasizes accountability, mutual support, commitment, and engagement
Collaborate closely with departments like Workforce Management, Human Resources, Quality, and Learning to ensure performance expectations are met
Continuously learn and improve by proactively gaining knowledge and resources related to company initiatives and industry trends
Take ownership of your professional development and work independently

Tasks and activities

As the Team Leader, CARE Operations, your tasks and activities will include:

Participating in interviews to identify potential employees in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Conducting regular communication check-ins with new hires during the training period
Offering guidance and development support to team members, including conducting development conversations and initiating personal development plans
Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to discuss team member performance
Facilitating disciplinary discussions when necessary
Initiating discussions with the team about how Vista's strategy connects to their work
Performing quality processes such as call listening and design calibrations to evaluate performance and progress
Improving team performance by recognizing potential areas for growth and implementing appropriate strategies.
Seeking feedback and documenting development progress in the personal development plan
Expanding knowledge and skills through learning resources and development opportunities
Qualifications and education requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Profound experience in a customer service setting
Demonstrable expertise and experience in people management and development, particularly in a remote setting and in a constantly changing environment
Demonstrated proficiency in technology learning and the ability to navigate multiple systems
Good understanding of change management principles and agile organizations
Fluency in English
