Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree (4/5 years)
Excellent communication skills- Minimum of 3 years of Leadership experience
With 3-4 years of experience in customer service or client relations
- With BPO experience; a Clinical background is nice to have
Proficient in MS Applications especially for report preparations
