- Assisting with formatting proposals and client deliverables via Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Consolidating information from multiple stakeholders of different levels for the presentations
- General administration duties for the team, e-filing documents and maintaining databases
- Coordinating travel and accommodation as required
- Organising meetings, room bookings and invitations
What You Need:
- Graduate of 4-year course
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office packages
