Serve food and beverages to guests.- Escorting customers to their table.
Setting and cleaning tables and service areas.
- Share menu and tea knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
Prepare station for readiness prior to opening and closing of each shift.- Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly and looks presentable for guests.
