About The Opportunity

As a Tax Operations Specialist ll, you'll play a pivotal role in processing clients crucial financial information, ensuring their taxes are filed accurately and on time. Joining our multifunctional implementation team, you'll be at the forefront of setting up new client profiles on our Dayforce tax systems. This role is perfect for a team player who is detailed oriented, client focused, and payroll and tax minded.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Perform required system and report audits of client information on multiple Dayforce products.
  • Complete Manual Data Entry for multiple products implementation setup of client information on the Dayforce tax systems.
  • Provide excellent client service on moderate to complex payroll tax issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring data and requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with the client through our Salesforce system in written communication, along with hosting client meetings.
  • Responds to client requests by analyzing and resolving client issues, or problem solving through identification and coordination of Dayforce resources.
  • Work with customers, internal business units, payroll partners and third-party vendors to build and maintain customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Utilize Dayforce's internal resources, service tools, and Salesforce to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Must keep current on all major systems enhancements, jurisdictional changes, and tax filing procedures.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for resolution of ongoing client issues as they are identified.

  • PC Skills (Microsoft office suite, data entry, etc).

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Experience providing over-the-phone service.
  • Experience in payroll an asset.
  • Training in basic accounting.
  • Completion of CPA Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals
