Tax Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible with overall regulatory compliance, such as with BIR, SEC, etc
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and other compliance/reportorial requirements
• Handle all on-going tax assessments, including liaising with BIR offices, document submission, and drafting of letter responses
• Lead and manage a team of tax accountants, including their workload distribution and training and developmenttax processesinquiries
• Provide advice on tax implications of company practices, policies, and transactions
• Devise and implement strategic tax planning to reduce tax liabilities and improve
• Collaborate with other relevant departments in addressing tax-related concerns and/or
• Prepare and present relevant reports to the department head and management
• Act as the main contact point or person in-charge for all tax-related concerns
• To perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA Holder
• Minimum 5 years of experiencein Tax
• Previous experience in handling a team
• Big 4 experience is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting principles
• Experience with handling tax audits and internal tax compliance reviews
• Willing to report onsite in Taguig
