Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis to interpret laws, regulations, and precedents and provide guidance and recommendations to clients- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, briefs, and legal opinions
Negotiate and settle legal disputes, including participating in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Required Skills:
- Fresh law graduate, underbar or new members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are acceptable
Preferably a member the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified Public Accountant but accounting background is not mandatory.- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Notes:- This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
