TAX REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER (Rose Pharmacy)
- Overall responsible for the tax planning and compliance of the business unit
- Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks on taxes for all ventures, contracts and transactions entered into by the company/ies under the business unit
- Ensures that all tax returns are filed correctly, on time and in accordance with government regulations.
- Fully conversant with existing corporate and business tax regulations
- Responsible for coordinating with the group's Tax Admin team to provide all documentary requirements to address queries raised by the BIR/LGUs
- Conducts periodic tax compliance review for the business unit
- Serves as overall resource person for all tax matters of the business unit
- With working knowledge of applicable tax regulations; can provide advice and information to the business unit regarding tax requirements, procedures and compliance.
- Can interpret tax requirements, procedures and compliance; and can anticipate its implications and impact to the business
Management of the following Taxes:
- Income Tax Return (quarterly and annual)
- Value Added Tax Return (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Final Tax (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Withholding Tax - Compensation, Expanded (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Filing and cancellation of POS permits
- Local Business Taxes for all stores (quarterly or annual)
- Real Property Taxes for stores
- Provision of Requirements related to Letters of Authority received from the BIR
- Advisory for new promotions and contracts to be entered into by the company
Requirements:
- With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Accounting graduate of a reputable university and a CPA
- Preferably updated with current tax regulations and procedures
