The work:
- Provide technical support for VMware TKGI administration, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure the smooth operation of applications and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, implementing necessary measures to prevent downtime
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. Here's what you'll need:
- (Required Skill: Proficiency in VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI) virtualization administration.
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in VMware TKGI administration.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and experience with cloud support.
- Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.
- Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
