Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the job market context of SEA and a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in SEA
• Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and job advertisements to ensure they are engaging and effective
• Conduct research and analysis on the job market in SEA to identify trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment
• Conduct and analyze employee surveys to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment and retention processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR strategy development in the SEA job market context
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and retaining top talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment
• Fluent in English and at least one other language commonly spoken in SEA
