Our story begins in 2007 in London, Singapore's chapter started in 2011 and is now the headquarters for the Asia mandates. We have made placements in the United States, London, Europe, Middle East, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Australia.

About the Opportunity

Focus for the first 3 months includes but not limited to:

  1. Recruitment support rendered to the Senior Manager.
  2. Source, identify and generate new candidate profiles and leads.
  3. Screen the respective candidates for the designated mandates
  4. Coordinate the recruitment process with the Executive Researcher.
  5. Develop technical understanding on how to source candidates through various job boards and other relevant channels, such as JobStreet , Linkedin Recruiter, etc.
  6. Maintaining the data health of the ATS system we use, Bullhorn.

Focus from 3rd to 6th month includes the above and not limited to:

  1. Conduct market mapping for our core markets and industries.
  2. Work with other business units different desks / marketing team / sales operations team for external outreach efforts
  3. Establish, observe and reach for personal long and short-term goals.
