Trailhead Recruiting is looking for an Recruitment Partner (Talent Sourcer) to partner with U.S based Recruitment Consultants to assist with front-end recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, market-mapping, scheduling interviews, campaign creation, etc.
Responsibilities:
Have several years of sourcing or recruiting and want to level up both in terms of being more strategic and earning more income
At Trailhead we put more faith and trust in our offshore partners than most recruiting firms.
We believe a successful recruiting must be doing 3 things always: Sourcing, Screening/Recruiting, and Business Development. Most firms entrust a single person with all 3. The problem is should that recruiter needs to focus on any one area sourcing, BD, or call screens, then the other 2 areas receive reduced attention. Well not hear.
With all that being said we are looking for our Business Development guru.
