Job Description

Trailhead Recruiting is looking for an Recruitment Partner (Talent Sourcer) to partner with U.S based Recruitment Consultants to assist with front-end recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, market-mapping, scheduling interviews, campaign creation, etc.

Responsibilities:

Have several years of sourcing or recruiting and want to level up both in terms of being more strategic and earning more income

At Trailhead we put more faith and trust in our offshore partners than most recruiting firms.

We believe a successful recruiting must be doing 3 things always: Sourcing, Screening/Recruiting, and Business Development. Most firms entrust a single person with all 3. The problem is should that recruiter needs to focus on any one area sourcing, BD, or call screens, then the other 2 areas receive reduced attention. Well not hear.

With all that being said we are looking for our Business Development guru.

In this role you will function as the nexus between top candidates and potential clients:

Your focus and responsibility will be the following:

  • Know/Understand what types of roles and candidates the recruiters are currently working
  • Find jobs via LinkedIn, Indeed, Company careers pages etc. that align with current candidates and open jobs that recruiter is worker
  • Write personalized emails that the recruiters will be sending to prospective client
  • Manage the email and InMail sendouts and responses

While this job is in the recruiting sphere it does not require recruiting experience.

The few elements of this job that you must possess and are not trainable are:

  • The ability to write as if English is your first language. The emails need to read like an American speaks
  • Understanding jobs beyond just there keywords, but how whatever role you are working actually functions within a company

This job rewards intelligence, creativity, and strategy. What it is not, is your typically keyword jockeying sourcing role.

You could bonus in 3 ways:

  • positive responses to emails/InMails you have written,
  • signed agreements with new clients resulting from an email/InMail you wrote
  • Closed openings from those clients you helped procure

Compensation ranges from $5-9 US dollars and would include monthly productivity bonuses based on production.
