Your Role
We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to support our recruitment processes and efforts. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent in the life sciences sector. This is a remote position supporting 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time Tuesday - Saturday
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, online databases, networking, LinkedIn, and social media, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Assist in scheduling initial interviews with candidates and the recruitment team for active hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on the status of candidate pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and talent market dynamics within the life sciences sector.
- Assist with additional admin and coordination tasks to support the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to support working hours of 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time Tuesday - Saturday
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Background and experience in the life science industry (pharma, engineering, manufacturing, biotech, etc.) is a plus.
- Passionate about connecting exceptional talent with opportunities in the life sciences industry.
