Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Partner to join our expanding team. This remote role is based in the Philippines and offers the opportunity to work with a global network of candidates and clients. The Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and managing top-tier talent, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Identify and engage with top talent through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for mid to executive-level positions across diverse industries.
Client & Candidate Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Interview Coordination & Assessment:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including screening calls and competency-based interviews.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights to provide value-added advice to clients and candidates.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
- Leverage AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates across different regions and industries, particularly in the Middle East, is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-based tools.
