This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Management Manager at The Executive Profile in Manila. The manager will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for clients in the Pharma/FMCG industry. Day-to-day tasks include conducting executive search, talent mapping, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
