Talent & Performance Management
Provide first-level (employee) support for selected countries and second-level support for P&O Business Partners and Business Stakeholders in remaining countries.
Handle the daily administration support through a dedicated ticketing system (ServiceNow System).
Support Talent and Performance process and SAP SuccessFactors system training for internal stakeholders to develop and strengthen their proficiency.
Collaborate with the IT Department to ensure system adjustments, testing system functionality post-upgrades and updates.
Provide ongoing support to Global People Services to ensure the optimal utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors system and improve the quality-of-service delivery.
Develop and generate regular status reports for the Performance & Goals and Succession & Planning from SAP SuccessFactors to the supported countries or regions.
Collaborate with the Global Talent Management team or Business Partner Community, contributing to on-demand requests such as: communication campaigns for different audiences or providing logistics support /reports during Talent Review campaigns.
Learning Management
Provide first-level (employee) support for selected countries and second-level support for P&O Business Partners and Business Stakeholders in remaining countries.
Provide basic technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to course access, completion, and system navigation.
Oversee the organization and categorization of training materials within the LMS, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
Administer, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of training content.
Collaborate with IT and P&O teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement updates, and ensure system functionality.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to update and upload new content regularly.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding and proficiency in utilizing the LMS.
Utilize analytics tools within the LMS to gather and analyze data on training effectiveness, completion rates, and user engagement.
Generate reports for P&O and leadership teams, offering insights to inform decision-making.
