Main Responsibilities
- Constantly communicate to the in-house talent/influencers all matters arising from or related to this agreement.
- Dealing, arranging, meeting, and reminding on each talent/influencer to execute the campaign (i.e., draft collection, posting, revisions)
- Provide management to in-house talents/influencers for their accounts.
- Analyze and monitor KOLs performance.
- Ensure the in-house talent's deliverables and outputs are up to company and brand standards (e.g., TikTok link, boost codes, hashtags, etc.)
- Provides monthly insight reports (of what KOL metrics engagements or drafts collected posted)
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience in Talent Handling or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating and implementing effective influencer campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Tiktok and Facebook
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
- Experience working in the fashion and beauty industry is a plus
