Job Title: Talent Development and Engagement Officer
  • Reports To: HR/Admin Manager
  • Job Level Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent development and employee engagement. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • Office Location: Cogon Ramos, Cebu City (landmark: near Sacred Heart Center)
  • Salary & Benefits:
28,000-32,500 monthly basic depending on experience and qualifications
  • 15 Paid Service Incentive Leaves which can be used as either Vacation Leave or Sick Leave- Received in First Year - Accrued

The Talent Development and Engagement Officer is responsible for driving employee engagement, development, and retention strategies. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance employee performance, satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for people development and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Talent Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements for employees at all levels.

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain a performance management system that supports employee growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement:

  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.

  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans.

  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance their performance and career development.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement.
  • COMPETENCY SKILL:

Well-versed with any communication tools nowadays

Excellent in MS applications

Able to achieve results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way.

Able to identify and separate out the key components of problems and situations.
