COORDINATOR, TALENT BRIDGING
Job Summary
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for developing Training Evaluation tools and/or materials. Maintains operational demands and continuous improvement on performance; and enhances individual staff skills, identifies Training Needs, manages training logistics, generates accurate performance reports, manages forecasting and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
1. Review, develop/modify, implement standard talent bridging processes/systems including presentations, handouts, and manuals. Monitoring/evaluation tool and other resource materials;
2. Assist the Talent Bridging manager in establishing training KPI;
3. Monitors and advises on how training management system is performing and publishes data and reports related to performance against set indicators.
4. Responsible for improving the performance and enhancing the skill of assigned Trainers by conducting trainings, staff monitoring, coaching and counseling;
5. Review the trainers output to ensure data integrity;
6. Attendance management;
7. Delegation of task and accurate staffing.
8. Review and provide resolution on challenges encountered during training;
9. Coordinates with different stakeholders to gather information regarding critical learning gaps and works with TAB Trainers & coaches to improve them;
10. Identifies best practices in developing and educating learners and coordinates with the Talent Bridging manager for the consistent deployment of best practices;
11. Develops a library for both technical and soft skills training modules and curriculums
12. Manages appropriate resources to address training needs
13. Ensure that Trainers manages the distribution, use and tracking of all training materials in the center
14. Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly reports and updates the Talent Bridging manager
15. Review post training evaluations and coordinates with the team to resolve all issues reflected in them.
16. Submits all reports that are be required by the Talent Bridging manager and operations manager in a timely manner
17. Develop a calendar that details the type of training offered and delivered
18. Maintains a place that is conducive to learning
19. Plan ahead the trainings through the utilization of training calendar
20. Coordinate with other department or business owners for the trainings to be conducted and its metrics.
Preferred Skills:
Team Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills the coordinator role will work with a variety of people, often across different departments and organizations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to help build positive relationships and create a cooperative team
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
Qualifications:
Must have a BA degree in a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in a related field
People Management, Preferably Six Sigma or Lean Management Certifications, Lean Management Certifications
