Minimum Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and employer brand- Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
Can work with less supervision

Willing for a reliever position for 1 year.
Providing support to the Manager Talent Attraction in the manpower deployment in all projects sites on time and on target. Ensure providing quality direct project hires and skilled workers. Provide support to the team in the implementation of Talent Attraction strategies and programs to support business goals and initiatives.
Fill in manpower requirements within the standard service level agreement.- Conduct initial HR screening to all candidates and prepare Recruitment Action Form to document assessment for each candidate.
Facilitate calibration and status meeting with Hiring Managers and send weekly updates to the same.
- Manage and coordinate with executive head hunters and ensure alignment on ACI's requirements and preferred profiles.
Create a Talent Database with clear taxonomy of key competencies.- Prepare all confidential documents related to recruitment such as Job Offer, Contract and 201 File.
Prepare monthly and annual consolidated recruitment reports in coordination with the HR Business Partners and Talent
- Create and open new recruitment channels and partnerships and participate in leads generation activities.
Will oversee the recruitment operations for all Project Support manpower requirement.
