Job Description

1. Create Attraction and Sourcing Strategies to address the talent demands of the Bank.

2. Collaborates with Employer Branding in attracting talents and drive them to apply to the vacancies of the Bank

3. Builds pool of high-potential talents for High-Volume roles

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
• Working knowledge of the industry
• Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards

Skills:

• Excellent communication and listening skills, planning, empathy and social skills, relationship-building skills, analytical, and social media skills
• Must have an undeniable thirst for expanding the talent reach, very sound marketing strategies in place and must be excellent in people relations particularly relationship building.
