Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the end-to-end recruitment, selection process and onboarding of new hires to ensure that qualified manpower requirements are met and deployed on time.
Review, enhance and seek approval for implementation of policies, procedures for the Talent Acquisition, in accordance with rules and regulations.- Deliver excellent customer service delivery in Talent Acquisition.
Supervise a team of recruiters and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team meets recruitment goals and objectives.- Assess, review, process and endorse the best candidate for leadership positions.
Monitor internal section operations systems and databases.
- Ensure completeness of all requirements for hiring request or employee movement (e.g. the Job Description and Performance Commitment, among others) are accomplished and attached to the e-Hiring Request Form.
Initiate process improvement to ensure ease of doing business with the Talent Acquisition Section to ensure positive employee experience and seek approval from superior for implementation.- Monitor and report Section KPIs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of its services.
Foster strong relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to support the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure the integrity of the employee records in the HRIS.- Ensure the integrity of the HRIS.
Conduct timely performance setting and review and career planning among team members.
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Job Specifications/Qualifications
College Graduate. Bachelor's degree in psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
At least three (3) years of experience handling employee recruitment.
