Job Description

  • Responsible for finding talents and getting them onboard.- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.- Post and update job ads and conduct background checking.- Schedule and conduct interviews and close coordinate with clients for final interview.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Graduate of BS Psychology or any business-related course.

With strong communication skills

Confident and with natural curiosity.

With good listening skills

Reliable and patience

With experience in recruitment related for at least 1 year

Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills

Highly computer literate and proficient in MS office and related business/communication tools.

Familiar with traditional and modern ways in doing virtual recruitment and talent sourcing

Good Organizational and time management skills

Strategic and creative mindset, able to innovate and can maintain focus on the goal at hand

With strong motivation, ability to lead a team in difficult situations and fast driven in delivering results

Psychometrician is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month

Ability To Commute/relocate

Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
