The Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for facilitating the hiring of all corporate positions (up to executive roles) within the organization.
1. Corporate Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for corporate positions, aligning with organizational objectives.
Work closely with department leaders to understand corporate staffing needs and provide effective talent solutions.
2.Sourcing and Screening:
Oversee the sourcing and screening processes for corporate roles, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates.
Conduct interviews for key corporate positions and provide input into the selection process.
3. Employer Branding for Corporate Positions:
Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand specifically for corporate positions.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create targeted employer branding materials for corporate recruitment.
4.Collaboration with Corporate Departments:
Build strong partnerships with corporate department heads to understand their unique talent needs and proactively address recruitment challenges.
Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future staffing requirements.
5.Process Improvement for Corporate Recruitment:
Continuously assess and improve the corporate recruitment process, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance the overall efficiency of the corporate talent acquisition function.

Awareness of changes in employment laws and regulations relevant to corporate recruitment.

Familiarity with social media and other online platforms for targeted talent sourcing.
Educ : Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is commonly required.
