Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team at eLink Systems and Concepts Corporation in our Capitol Site office in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting and supervising our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, helping us identify and attract the best candidates for roles across our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the talent acquisition team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes
• Screening and evaluating job applications, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reaching out to potential talent
• Coordinating the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and providing feedback
• Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Providing guidance and training to more junior members of the talent acquisition team

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and placing high-calibre candidates in a variety of roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technology
• A passion for talent management and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
