Source and conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.- Maximize sourcing channels to reach and identify potential candidates.
Attend internal calibrations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Update ATS and all internal trackers
Prepare and submit masterlists and other reports for access requests and calibration purposes- Facilitate keep warm calls & ensure compliance at every TA tollgate
Manage the end-to-end recruitment of our client's requirements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.- Assist applicants inquiries regarding the hiring process and requirements
With at least 6 months of proven experience as a recruiter preferably from an internal/ corporate recruitment, RPO or agency.- Preferably with a College degree
Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shift schedules, including willingness to render OT and RDOT- Has strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills.
Has the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
