Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role:
Manage and own the overall recruitment process and initiatives of Team Ridemax PH
Develop strategies in line with trends to acquire the best talent and meet the hiring needs of the business with agility and speed
Carefully assess the applicants and analyze their fitness for the roles through effective resume and phone screening, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
Source top talents through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Curate the selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job description and requirements for vacancies
Conduct a full cycle, end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates down to onboarding of new hires Qualifications:
Must be a BS Psychology or Human Resources Management graduate
Must have at least 3-4 years work experience in talent acquisition
Must have a successful record of hiring the best talents across different roles Well-versed in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment
Knowledgeable in MS Office, email, and other job advertising platforms
Must be independent and highly motivated
Able to multitask and work under high pressure
With excellent communication and negotiation skills
