KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be directly responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of various corporate positions within the company. He/she is instrumental in partnering with functional departments & hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs by providing innovative sources to attract and hire talents.
Work with HRBP to identify resource needs, develop a resource plan, and develop a hiring strategy to support business needs.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process for open positions as needed in an efficient and cost-effective way.
Negotiate, discuss the job offer package, and follow up on the candidate's acceptance to prepare their onboarding with the company.- Ensure all necessary processes and procedures pertaining to hiring, onboarding, probation, and confirmation are promptly implemented in accordance with established standards and compliance to regulatory & company requirements
Support Solaire Resort and Casino's diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with line management. Ensure requesting department is being updated on a weekly basis on the status of their requirements.
Ensure compliance, maintain personnel- files and records, and always support local statutory and corporate requirements and audit readiness.- Work on ad hoc projects as needed.
- QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Studies, Business Management/Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related field.- Experienced end-to-end recruitment process.
Must have good interpersonal skills: be able to build good relationships with stakeholders and applicants, be an active listener, good communicator and can work well within the team.
- Good productivity skills: organized, multitasking, visionary, and managing time effectively.
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in an Integrated Resort and Casino, Hotel or any related industry.- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
With at least 3 years of experience in handling a team of 3-5 subordinates.
- Handled variety of sourcing platforms and ability in assessing technical talent
Should have excellent personal skills: confident, resilient, reliable and able to adapt to work and environment easily- Technical skills: one should have the knowledge to market and advertise the company and all open positions, be tech-savvy, and have data fluency to collect and analyze information.
