- Duties and Responsibilities:
>Posting job ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job platforms.
>Sourcing and reviewing candidate's resume if he or she is qualified for this position.
>Interview candidates through phone call and invite for onsite interview and assessment
>report how many source did we contact and leads that we harvest
>Reach out/Follow up with the candidate via text message, Viber, email if they're done with the assessment
>Coordinating with the account based on their qualifications.
>Coordinating candidates for the Final interview endorsements
>Acknowledging the candidate for the results of their Final Interview if Pass or Fail from the Hiring Manager
>saving candidates profile thru ATS
>Coordinating with the candidate the use of vendor management system (vms) from the client
>Reporting how many submissions for the day
