Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Specialist

The Table Group, Inc. a shared services company that handles The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH, ENTECH Philippines, Inc., Nono's Restaurant among others.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing staffing efforts and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line. This position conducts screening and is involved in the end to end recruitment process by finding potential candidates, screening them based on company values and defined job descriptions, and recommending them for hiring.

• QUALIFICATIONS

• Has good verbal and written communication skills

Personable and presentable

• Willing to travel to other work locations (during Job Fairs)

Goal-oriented and displays sense of urgency

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Psychology and Human Behavior courses

With at least 2 years experience in Recruitment

• Willing to work onsite (from Mondays to Fridays), head office is in Libis, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,

• 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
