A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or a related field.- Proven experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.- Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
