I. Job SummaryResponsible in ensuring timely delivery of hiring demands for Central Office. Screens and conducts competency-based interviews to select qualified candidates for the hiring vacancies. Partners with various departments and hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- II. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
Utilizes social media platforms to expand networks to professionals- Sources potential candidates with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels.
Conducts proactive sourcing and boolean searches for specialized roles
- Address all inquiries from job portals as well as internal inquiries from employees
Conceptualizes and implements various sourcing initiatives to fulfill the hiring demand- Participates in nationwide off-site/ on-site recruitment events
Creates job ads aligned to the Landers brand marketing and feel
Conducts job brief meetings with the Hiring Managers to understand the skill sets and nature of the role
- Partners with internal external teams to ensure the requirement is aligned with market standards
Builds knowledge and understanding of a variety of roles in order to effectively source, screen, and short list applicants.- Cascades & complies with Service Level Agreements to hiring managers
Identifies future hiring needs and proactively source for potential hires & talents in the market
Partners with varied Manpower Agencies to ensure deployment of manpower needs of the store
- Monitors the performance and delivery of the agencies.
Coordinates with the HR Admin and Accounting teams for billing and proper charging of provided services
Guarantees timely processing of candidates received for open vacancies- Answers all candidate queries related to their application status
Schedules and conducts interviews for shortlisted candidates as needed in the hiring vacancy
- Conducts behavioral interviews to ensure proper assessment of job and culture fit of the candidate with the company
Conducts Background Investigation for selected candidates- Collects pre-employment requirements of the candidate
Accurately encodes the candidate in the HR Information Systems and trackers
- Assist in interview schedules for Leadership and Senior Officers candidates
Collates all hiring documents and ensures completeness for regulatory and audit checking documentation- Coordinates with Total Rewards team for proper salary calibration
Presents offer letters and explains provisions in the employment contract to the selected candidate
- Provides regular updates to hiring managers, and HR partners to cascade any progress and/or bottlenecks encountered
Partners with different departments to ensure Day 1 readiness of the candidate upon onboarding
Ensures preparation and sending of timely and accurate reports- Measures and reports sourcing metrics, like source of hire, aging, and candidate conversion rates.
Analyzes data to discover trends, patterns and correlations that will assist management in making better business decisions.
- Regularly reports vacancy status and fill-up rate to management team
Participates in transformation projects of Talent Acquisition
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, with at least 2 years relevant experience in volume hiring in the retail industry.
Preferred experience in retail industry but not required
Experience in managing multiple manpower agencies
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
Experience in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviewing
Above average communication skills
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to problem solve and multitask
