As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist, you will handle the daily responsibilities of recruitment, talent management, workforce management, employee onboarding, and enforcing compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Hiring: This includes recruiting new employees, coordinating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring, and putting together an employment offer.
Administration: Business administration duties such as maintaining employee records, and overseeing employee self-service capabilities.
Staff retention: These duties include managing performance reviews and retaining workers.
Employee engagement: Ensure employee engagement and help employees feel connected to their company. These duties include conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions and initiatives that foster employee wellness.

Minimum requirements:
Studies: High school diploma / GED or equivalent is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
Experience: Desirable at least 2-3 years working in logistics/transportation, including a general knowledge of transportation procedures and regulations preferred. Having experience working in customer service and operations could also be considered.
Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.
Perks:
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. During the first 2 weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement (with indefinite duration). The contract type will change to a permanent contract after approximately the first 6 months of employment.
Location: Only for Taguig. This position will be on-site at WeWork Menarco Tower or WeWork Uptown Bonifacio Tower.
Compensation: Salary negotiable based on experience.
