Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 3-month, fully remote contract role based in the Philippines with potential for extension.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and define talent requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate pipeline using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition

Who You Are:

• A results-driven talent acquisition professional with at least 2 years of experience
• Passionate about building high-performing teams
• Experienced in full-cycle recruitment
• Skilled in sourcing and attracting top talent
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
