Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
Ensure the correct onboarding process of the employees and subcontractors: laws and regulations compliancy, provide timely information, company's requirements, and coordination with the areas.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Create job descriptions and competence profiles with the requirements for each position.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
Hire high-performing individuals to bolster the organization, fostering growth and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Liaise with the all the teams of the company to ensure quality services, company standards and compliance with legal requirements.
Attends regular meetings as scheduled, take minutes and prepare reports, when requested.
C1 Advanced (Proficient) level of verbal and written English.
Associated Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience in head hunting processes.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (ability to build rapport).
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Relevant experience recruiting for the construction industry.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
