Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier talent in the fintech industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our company's values and goals.
- Fintech Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics in fintech and related areas to better understand and assess candidates.
- Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice in the fintech sector.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively. - Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the fintech industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of fintech trends, technologies, and key players.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Fluency in English
