Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) Manager to lead our TASS team in Makati City, Philippines. The team supports global talent acquisition efforts by providing essential recruiting services, including administrative support, sourcing, and early careers recruitment. The TASS Manager will oversee a direct team of three and manage a broader team of over 25 employees.
Role accountabilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) teams based in Manila as well as other and potential future Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) locations.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for onboarding new team members.
- Drive process standardization across TASS operations in English-speaking countries, including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- Serve as the primary liaison between in-country leadership and the TASS team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Document and standardize processes and train the team accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in TA tools and technologies to enhance service delivery and user experience.
- Facilitate change management initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for in-country recruitment teams.
- Provide regular reporting on candidate, hiring, and TA activities.
- Ensure that job postings and external communications align with the employer value proposition (EVP), comply with local regulations, and are consistently applied by the team.
- Oversee early careers hiring, ensuring processes and candidate experiences align with the updated early careers strategy.
- Manage candidate and business-related complaints effectively.
- Identify areas for team development and enhance capability through training and support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing a global shared services team of 25+ employees.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Experience implementing new processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with preference for Oracle Recruit Cloud and Eightfold.
- Demonstrated ability to manage team operations, including workforce planning and reporting.
- Experience leading large-scale projects and training various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in talent acquisition.
