Job Description:A _Recruitment Associate_ is a professional who supports recruiting teams by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, test administration, and maintaining candidate databases. They assist with onboarding and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and face-to-face initial interviews to agent level applicants
Test Administration
- Assisting in completion of New Hire Pre-Employment Requirements of candidates
Filing and maintenance of new hire employee records, trackers, and databases- Assist in conducting job offers and onboarding orientations to new hires
Sourcing for agent-level applicants
- Other tasks as mandated by the Recruitment supervisor and/or TA manager
