MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Has 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process- Knowledgeable and up to date.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to command respect from co-workers.
Willing to render overtime if necessary.- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition Officer
is responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy of the company, sourcing out and attracting candidates by using various platforms, conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Applies updated and best recruitment practices and selection techniques.
- Supervises his/her direct reports and monitor all the administrative duties performed by the TA Assistant in the recruitment process.
