Job Description- Responsible for mobilizing sourcing, recruiting and talent management strategies/ initiatives per Business Unit. Accountable for facilitating selection and hiring of top talents to continuously build a highly capable organization. Provides primary assistance to Business Units for both external and internal vacancy requisitions
Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Recourse Management or any related degree
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in Sourcing and Channel Management. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in Account Management. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in Applicant Processing. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in Vacancy Management. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in Management Reports. (Non-negotiable)
- Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, address challenges, and provide effective solutions throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
