Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM) Fixed weekends off

Work setup: Hybrid (Makati/Alabang)

Salary: PHP 60,000 To PHP 60,000

List of Responsibilities: Talent on Tap!

• Manage full life cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and Closing candidates
  
• Successfully place offshore talent with Australian clients
  
• Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process
  
• Assist with preparation of interview packs
  
• Support HR and recruitment with administrative tasks
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Talent That Speaks Volumes!

• 4+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment
  
• Experience in Project/Program Management recruitment (preferred)
  
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  
• Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility and adaptability
  
• Collaborative team player with self-motivation
  
• Proven ability to manage competing recruitment priorities
