Overview:
Nearsol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding processes for all sites in the Philippines, including Manila and Iloilo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a deep understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles across multiple locations.
- Hiring Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Nearsol's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Onboarding and New Hire Integration: Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Experience managing recruitment processes for multiple locations, preferably within the BPO/Call Center industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software applications.
