We are passionate about our commitment to excellence and are seeking a Senior / Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our talent acquisition efforts.

Position Overview: As the Senior Recruitment Manager for the Beauty and Wellness industry, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talents who embody our brand's essence to support our growth and expansion plans. You will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, including manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment using proactive strategies, employer branding, leveraging analytics for informed decisions, creating a positive candidate experience, and managing a team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive manpower planning and recruitment strategies aligned with the company's long-termbusiness goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization.
  3. Implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media and industry-specific platforms.
  4. Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the Beauty and Wellness industry to attract and retain top talent and position the Company as an employer of choice.
  5. Collaborate with the Management Team and Hiring Managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.

  9. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree an advantage.
  2. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a Managerial or leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end recruitment processes, hiring top talent in a competitive market, and implementing proactive recruitment strategies.
  4. Strong expertise in employer branding to attract top talent, a definite advantage.
  5. Experience in manpower planning and developing recruitment strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  6. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals.
  7. Possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  8. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive approach to effectively support the company's human capital needs.
  9. Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools to drive informed decisions.
  10. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and external partners.
  11. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  12. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  13. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software or tools, an advantage.
  14. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a genuine interest in shaping its future.
  15. Exudes overall professional bearing.
  16. Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
