Functional Overview:As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization. You will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your goal will be to build a strong employer brand and create a positive candidate experience to secure high-quality hires that contribute to the company's success.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
_Strategic Planning
_- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with the company's objective
Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Team Leadership_
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and hiring specialists.
Set performance metrics, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving recruitment goals.
_Recruitment Process Management
_- Implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Candidate Sourcing, Assessment and Interview_
- Direct sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidate
Review and improve candidate assessment methods, including interviews and evaluation techniques.- Screen resumes and conduct interviews for technical and/or support roles
_Data Analysis and Reporting
_- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports.
Use data insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Recruitment Expertise and BPO Industry Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides or their MS counterparts are essential- Flexible in approach to work, self-driven, responsible, organized and a team player
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Proven experience (usually 7+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques and tools
